xcopy "C:\Users\" "F:\Backup\WinHD\" /C /D /E /H /Y
Invalid path
0 File(s) copied

Double checked all the directories within Windows, even navigated to them via 'cd' to confirm they exist. What's xcopy's problem? I'm rather frustrated, as I've recently switched to Vista x64, and xxcopy doesn't support 64bit OSes, so I'm having to dual-boot into XP in order to run backups.
