Dreamhost Blog: Anatomy of a(n ongoing) disaster
I have been a customer for just over a year, currently hosting three domains with them. It’s nice to see a company that will admit when it has done wrong, and describe the measures they’re taking to fix things. Though the outages have been particularly annoying with the wedding site going down, and the new domain we’re setting up being unavailable, I can’t complain too loudly seeing as I only paid about $200 for a domain registration and two full years of hosting.
